Refund & subscription.
If you've taken the protocol as written and aren't seeing change, we'd rather refund you than keep your money. No restocking fee, no need to return the empty sachets.
The refund window.
You have 90 days from the date of your first shipment to request a full refund of any glo GL-01 order — one-time or subscription — including product you've already used. We refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
The 90-day window covers one canister or one full month of subscription, whichever you purchased. For multi-canister or annual prepay orders, the window applies to the entire purchase.
How to request.
Email official@weglow.biz from the address associated with your order. Include your order number (or the email used at checkout) and a brief note on what you tried. Once received in your first 90 days we will:
- Confirm receipt within one business day.
- Approve the refund in most cases without follow-up.
- Process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Cancel any active subscription so you are not charged again.
No need to return product. We don't restock used canisters.
Reasonable conditions.
- One refund per household, lifetime. The 90-day full refund is intended for first-time customers who tried the protocol and found it didn't work for them.
- Refunds requested after 90 days are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed.
- If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we replace it at our cost — separate from the refund policy. Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.
- Wholesale, bulk, gift card, and promotional-credit purchases follow separate terms communicated at the time of purchase.
The subscription.
Pricing is locked at the rate in effect when you started. Any future price change for existing subscribers will be announced with at least 30 days' notice and an option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
How to cancel.
Three options, all free:
- Account dashboard — sign in, go to Subscriptions, click Cancel. Takes 10 seconds.
- Email — send "cancel" to official@weglow.biz from your account email.
- Reply to any glo email — including your monthly shipping confirmation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep the shipment already in transit; you will not be charged again.
If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe at any time from the same dashboard.
You can also pause.
Instead of canceling, you can pause your subscription for up to 90 days (e.g., during travel or a clinical procedure). Pause/resume is in the dashboard or by emailing SciCare.
