Terms of service.

1. Agreement to terms.

By accessing glo-us.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase product.

2. Account and eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase glo products. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at official@weglow.biz if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders, pricing, and taxes.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders, including those that appear fraudulent, that violate these terms, or that would exceed normal consumer quantities.

Product is currently shipped only within the United States. We do not represent that glo is available, lawful, or appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction. International customers should consult their local regulations before importing dietary supplements.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal.

Subscription pricing is locked at the price in effect when you started; price changes for existing subscribers will be announced with at least 30 days' notice and an option to cancel before the change takes effect. One-time orders are not subject to auto-renewal.

5. Refunds and returns.

We offer a 90-day full refund, including used product, for any customer who has taken the protocol as written and is not seeing change. Full conditions and request procedure are in our Refund & Subscription Policy.

6. Health disclaimer and medical disclosure.

glo GL-01 is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. glo is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult a licensed physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, planning to become pregnant, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a chronic condition. Particular caution applies to anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), oral isotretinoin, hormonal therapy, thyroid medication, and any hepatic CYP450 substrate.

7. Intellectual property.

All content on glo-us.com — text, photographs, video, illustrations, logos, design — is owned by glo health, inc. or licensed to us, and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may share links to public pages on social media and quote excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

"glo", the lowercase wordmark, and associated brand marks are trademarks of glo health, inc. Setria® is a trademark of Kyowa Hakko Bio Co., Ltd. AstaReal® is a trademark of AstaReal AB. Other product names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, glo health, inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the site or product, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold glo harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the product (including ignoring the medical disclosure above), or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Disputes, governing law, arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in Wilmington, Delaware or another mutually agreed venue. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of intellectual property, or from filing a small-claims action where eligible. Some states' laws may afford additional rights that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves or to comply with new law. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers and posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
